HOA Fee Payments
HOA fees support the maintenance and enhancement of The Hamptons community. These mandatory fees help fund common area upkeep, landscaping, and neighborhood improvements. Learn more about payment details and policies here.
Fee Payments
The Hamptons HOA annual fee for 2025 is $150 for single-family homes and $75 for apartment-style condominiums. The full amount is due on May 1, 2025, and must be paid by May 31, 2025. These fees are based on an operating budget approved by the Board of Directors.
HOA fees are mandatory and secured by a registered encumbrance on your property's title.

Pre-authorized Payment (PAP)
Payments will be withdrawn on May 31st of each year.
A completed PAP form must be on file at least 25 days prior to the payment date.

Cheque or Money Order
Payable to: The Hamptons Southeast Homeowners Association
Please include your property address on all cheques and money orders.

Overdue Accounts
The HOA Board of Directors will take appropriate measures to collect overdue accounts. Outstanding fees, including any accrued interest and collection charges, will be pursued through a collection agency as directed by the Board.
Homeowners with overdue accounts may receive a payment reminder from the Property Manager, detailing the outstanding amount and due date, before the account is forwarded to collections.
Please be aware that the collections process may negatively impact your credit history.
