Homeowners’ Association

Residents of The Hamptons will have input into the future maintenance of their community through membership in the Homeowners’ Association (HOA). An encumbrance has been registered against each lot to allow for the establishment of a Homeowners’ Association within the Grange South West Property Corporation area of the Hamptons.

As the community grows, the HOA will serve to enhance the maintenance within the community. The HOA will be comprised of all lot owners registered under the encumbrance. Annual meetings will be held to gather input from all lot owners and to determine fee amounts and uses for the upcoming year. The encumbrance allows the HOA to collect a fee from all lots registered under the encumbrance. The amount of the fee and the use of the fee will be determined by the HOA; currently, no fee is being collected by the HOA.
