Residents of The Hamptons have the opportunity to provide input into the future maintenance of their community. An encumbrance has been registered against the title of each lot allowing for the establishment of a neighbourhood Homeowners' Association.
As the community grows, the Homeowners' Association will serve as a vehicle for enhancing or augmenting the level of maintenance within The Hamptons community.
The Homeowners' Association places no specific requirement on property owners. Instead, it allows residents to shape and direct the look of their community. It's a means of allowing the people who call The Hamptons home to contribute to the future direction of their neighbourhood.
When The Hamptons nears completion, a Homeowners' Association Board of Directors will be elected to manage and direct the efforts of the Homeowners' Association going forward. Information will be posted on this Web site, and notices will be sent directly to each homeowner advising of the specific details of the inaugural Homeowners' Association Annual General Meeting.
